Refund and Returns Policy

If a product is found damaged during handing over, we will refund the whole money or provide another fresh product with in 7 – 10 working days.

If the product has been damaged in your responsibility; we will be unable to offer a warranty.

If the Product is damaged any modification, will lose the warranty claim.

If you find issues with our product within 10 working days you will get a replacement warranty. (First, we will try to solve the problem, if it can’t be solved, we will replace it).

If you find issues with our product within 7 – 10 working days you will get a replacement warranty. (First, we will try to solve the problem, if it can’t be solved, we will replace it).

PRE Order Policy

In case of pre-order if Cybertronics fails to hand over the product within 60 days, we will refund you.

If the pre-order Product Gets Lost during shipment Cybertronics will reorder or refund after duscussing with the buyer.

If the Buyer refuse to receive the pre-order products after confirmation and products purchased by cybertronics then Cybertronics will not refund the advance amount. 

To Confirm Pre order customer required to deposit some advance amount.

Warranties Policy

All Products Sold With Manufacturer Warranty Only Cybertronics is a retailer only. Products sold by Cybertronics are not manufactured by Cybertronics. Products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if present). Cybertronics assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and the customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Cybertronics makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Cybertronics disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance. All items sold through Cybertronics are sold in an “as-is” condition, i.e., as per manufacturer’s packing, etc. The quality and performance of the product are dependent on the manufacturer. Should any of these items prove defective, not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, Cybertronics shall get the product repaired/serviced by the manufacturer. The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping the product.
