After Sales Policy

Coverage: All products sold by CybertronicsBD come with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.

Warranty Repairs: Repairs covered under warranty are free of charge.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Repairs outside the warranty period will be charged based on the service required. Customers will receive a cost estimate before approval.
Turnaround Time: Typical repair time is 7-14 business days, depending on the nature of the repair and parts availability. If we need parts from manufacturer it might take about 30 days.
